1053 students and 122 educators participated in our region this year.
There were 2803 individual entries and 91 portfolios, for a total of 2894 works adjudicated.
886 awards were given out. Approximately 10 % of all works received awards in each designation – Gold Key, Silver Key, and Honorable Mention.
Specifically, we awarded 295 Gold Keys, 284 Silver Keys, and 307 Honorable Mentions.

All Gold Key winners will now be included in the National Scholastic Adjudication in New York. These works are adjudicated digitally, and are automatically forwarded to New York , there is nothing additional that needs to be done. Results of the New York adjudication will be announced in March, through the New York Office.
All awarded works will be displayed in our Regional Show. The reception will be held Sunday, February 7th, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Downers Grove North High School, 4436 Main St. Downers Grove, 60515. The show will be open for viewing from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday, February 8th – Friday, February 12th.
In addition, we would like to announce the 2016 American Vision Nominees.
These five works are considered our regional “Best of Show” winners.
At the National Adjudication, one of the pieces will receive the American Vision Award for our region.
